Often people say they’re not really sure why they felt a calling to attend circle but once they did they had a profound and deep experience. This was true for me too! I would summarise the benefits as:
Connection – circle provides an opportunity to connect with ourselves. A lovely warm and inviting space to shut out the outside world, close the laptop, turn off the phone, and be fully present with ourselves. As a result you will leave feeling more connected, centred and resourced.
Intuition is a muscle we need to exercise regularly for it to get stronger, and that can be really difficult whilst juggling all the other demands on ourselves. Living intuitively means connecting with our true nature, in a unedited, unfiltered, uninhibited way and allow that intuition to guide us.
Community – circle creates a deep heart-felt bond with others and that lovely feeling when we connect with others at a deeper level and are truly seen and heard. We realise that we’re not alone and we are welcomed into circle as resourceful, creative and whole.
Wisdom – there’s real wisdom in listening to the stories of others and in verbalising our own. We gain empathy and understanding when we hear others talk of their challenges. We realise that our shadows aren’t just ours and that we all share the human condition. Said another way, our humanity unites us.
