There are a number of different Leadership & Culture services available to you:

  • Leadership coaching – individual support for leaders that is focused on agreed coaching outcomes.   
  • Leadership development – bespoke training and development activities to bring about an increase in awareness, knowledge, motivation and skills designed to support leader and organisational success.   
  • Culture Change Programme – working with teams or cross functional groups to review, create, align and embed a company culture.  
  • Change Management  – as individuals, teams or functions working towards a strategic change initiative, designed to support those undergoing change to achieve a successful outcome.  

In April I will be hosting a 4-month leadership development programme as an open-enrolment course, called ‘The Conscious Leader Programme’.

Leaders of today are faced with an ever increasing breadth of expectations.  From managing mental health, to improving diversity and inclusion, to building innovation and engaging workplaces.  All alongside increasing economic and political challenges and an exponentially advancing technological landscape.
The Conscious Leader Programme is personal development meets leadership development.  It’s based on the premise that Conscious Leader’s are equipped to meet the current and future business challenges and deliver exceptional results through self awareness, self responsibility, and developing highly effective teams and cultures.

Leadership is about creative a space for people to thrive

My approach is based on a set of premises which are:
• Creating an engaging and inclusive workplace is beneficial for the company, the employees, the customers and any other stakeholders
• Creativity and adaptability are the top skills businesses need to thrive and these are only possible in psychologically safe workplaces
• It takes intention and will to create a consistent culture and is much more about the how than the what
• People will pay more attention to what they see than what they hear, therefore we must walk the walk not just talk the talk
• Culture is co-created but effective leadership sets the tone
• Change is as much an inner journey and emotional intelligence is key
• Everyone has equal worth and are creative, resourceful and whole
• The whole is greater than the sum of its parts – inclusion, belonging and teamwork are essential

I’ve done my own work and bring with me my 22 years experience in people management, developing high performing teams, leadership development, change management, and organisational development and culture change, and a passion for people that spans my entire career. I have witnessed the benefits to individuals and organisations when people do their own inner work. I have worked alongside Executives, Senior Leaders and Managers in a variety of industries including travel and tourism, FMCG, retail and the voluntary sector. My qualifications include a Masters Degree in HR Management, a qualified and accredited NLP Practitioner, and I am an ICF Accredited Certified Coach.
