The Joyful Minds Retreat is a daytime restorative retreat to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and relax, unwind and find your inner calm.  Together we create the space to listen to your intuition and seek guidance from your heart and soul.  Nourish yourself with guided meditations, heart-felt sharing, intention setting and sacred rituals, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and centered.

The Joyful Minds Retreat’s are held quarterly around the changing seasons. I welcome you to join us on a day of calm and relaxation, of listening to our intuition and in setting intentions.

My own journey of growth has become an increasingly spiritual one where I’ve been seeking out connection with myself, listening to my own intuition and building a deeper connection with the Earth and with others. This path has led me to circles because circles offer an answer to all of those questions!  The Joyful Minds Retreats are an extension of circles and include more time for presence and for playful rituals that bring the theme to life.  

Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside each retreat is different. The theme is based around the changing seasons and we use the wisdom of nature to guide us to live in a more aligned and heart centred way.  The purpose of the day is to create the space for you to go within, connect with your heart and allow the truth and wisdom from your heart and soul to be heard.  It also is about connection with other like minded and like hearted people knowing that walking this path with others is truly powerful.

A day like no other, you will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, aligned and centered.

The Joyful Minds Summer Solstice Retreat held virtually in July 2021.  

The summer solstice represents the emergence of summer, enjoying the fruits of our labour and connecting with our joy and higher vibration.  This Joyful Minds Summer Solstice Retreat will guide you through the shedding of the past seasons, and the disconnections and uncertainties, and the stepping into this next summer season with joy and wisdom.  The summer solstice is an opportunity to harness creativity and inspiration and to see the seeds you’ve sown now take flower.

We enjoyed a sacred circle, powerful completion exercise, honouring the ancestors meditation and playful crafting with intention setting plus everyone received a surprise gift box of goodies through the post!

The Joyful Minds Mind, Body and Soul Retreat in September 2020.  Social distancing was in place!  Held in the Emery Down Village Hall in the New Forest we enjoyed a day of peaceful meditation, yoga, self compassion exercises, soul food and an incredible sound healing gong bath!
