Terms and Conditions


We offer both goods and services and these terms and conditions reflect that.


Payment is made at the time of purchase using Paypal.   Orders are subject to availability.  Please check on the website.  Please note the prices may change.


For virtual events tickets are included in your email receipt and accessible in the download section in your account.  All physical products will be sent first class signed for via Royal Mail. 

We aim to deliver within 14 days subject to availability and postal services.  If you have not received your item by 14 days please contact sarah@joyfulminds.co.uk 

Faulty or Damaged Products 

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty please inform us as soon as you receive it and at least within 7 days.  To do so email sarah@joyfulminds.co.uk to arrange an exchange.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To request a return and refund please email sarah@joyfulminds.co.uk.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, including cacao, cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Event tickets
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-14 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If you are unable to attend an event for whatever reason, including sickness, you must provide at least 24 hours notice via email to sarah@joyfulminds.co.uk.  You will be offered the opportunity to exchange your ticket to a later event or transfer the ticket into another name.
