So many women I speak to feel frustrated and angry but find they can’t name the demon they’re fighting. Feeling like they’re meant to be able to cope with everything and yet knowing that all of this is in some way distracting them from their true calling. Capable and hungry for more, to contribute more, to create more, to receive more. And yet the paradox is also resting, stillness, and space. There is an inherent tension between the masculine and feminine energies.
I believe there is a point in a woman’s life when she wants to really know who she is. That in some way the ‘old me’ no longer fits. Its a journey of finding her own truth, her own voice, and her own path. This isn’t a time for defeat or distraction, it’s a time for creating new choices.
Everything you are looking for is already in you.

I promise to bring all of me and my experience, my 24 years of working within teams, with leaders, coaching, holding space for individuals and groups, creating gatherings, facilitating learning, of intuitive wisdom and all of my many years of personal and creative growth and development.
